The complex's reception and support team, strictly within the scope of their duties.
Retention period
Data is kept for as long as needed to process the request and provide support, then deleted or anonymised.

Security
The site uses HTTPS and access to requests is restricted to the relevant team. Your data is never shared with third parties.
